Shipping and Returns Online:

For orders in Austria, we cover shipping costs for orders over 95€. For countries outside of Austria, we cover shipping costs for orders over 120€. If you want to return your order to us for any reason, you can do so within 14 days. We ask you to contact us by email, and we will give you more detailed instructions regarding the return shipment. We do not accept packages that are not accepted or directly returned without contacting us first. We do not cover the cost of return shipping, unless it is a faulty product. Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code cannot be refunded.

If your order value falls below the free shipping threshold due to the return, we ask for your understanding that we will deduct the shipping costs from the refund.

Return in-store:

If you want to return your Koni jewelry item, we can offer you a voucher or exchange the product. If you ordered online and want to return it in-store, you will also receive a voucher or exchange it for another piece of jewelry.
