At Koni Design, we want to do our part to use resources more sustainably. This includes making returns more conscious and ensuring from the outset that you find the perfect piece of jewelry for you. Our goal is to use fewer resources on unnecessary returns and to promote mindful consumption together with you.

We have noticed that products often lose their value. Many items are quickly returned, thrown away or ordered without thinking about their true meaning. This contradicts our values. At Koni Design, we want to contribute to conscious consumption that focuses on longevity and appreciation. Every piece of jewelry that accompanies you throughout your life is a small step towards sustainability.

Our return policy – ​​fair and clear

If you decide to return a piece of jewelry, you can do so within 14 days of receipt. The following applies:

  • Unworn condition: Jewelry must be unworn and in its original condition.
  • Safe packaging: Please use the original packaging if possible to avoid damage during return shipping.
  • Prior agreement: Contact us by email before sending anything back. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns without prior agreement.

We only cover the cost of return shipping if the goods are faulty. If your return value reduces the order amount below the free shipping limit, we will deduct the shipping costs from the refund.

You can return your piece of jewelry to one of our stores within 14 days of receipt and you will also receive a voucher or you can exchange it for another piece of jewelry.

What happens if I do not accept delivery of my package?

If you do not accept the delivery and the package is returned to us, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.

Why aren't returns free of charge?

As a small family business, we are committed to sustainable consumption . Every return consumes additional resources and causes CO₂ emissions. We therefore ask for your understanding that we cannot cover return costs - except in the case of faulty goods.

If your return value reduces the order amount below the free shipping limit, we will retain the original shipping costs when refunding you.

What do I do if my jewelry is defective?

If your piece of jewelry is faulty, please contact us immediately by email at hello@kondesignshop.com . Our Koni support team will take care of your issue as quickly as possible. After receiving your return, the product will be checked and the amount will be refunded accordingly.
